PATSY QUICK AND CHARLEY BOORMAN AT THE ROAD, RACING AND SUPERBIKE SHOW AT ALEXANDRA PALACE

Patsy and Charley have recently returned from the 2006 Lisbon Dakar Rally in Senegal, North Africa.

Both riders took part in the rally on motorbikes but only Patsy (on a KTM) finished the rally. Charley (on a BMW) retired after breaking one wrist and severly bruising the other!

Patsy was the only British Female rider to take part in the Rally. Here she is being interviewed by the MCN LIVE crew.

Scorpion Racing prepared Charley Boorman's (pictured with the microphone in his hand) BMW X5 support vehicle for the rally which carried Charley's spares, mechanics and film crew.

Charley and his bike have been filmed before on the mammoth "Long Way Round" world trip with Ewan McGregor.
