The reason that this vehicle is registered on a 'Q' plate is simple:

It has never been in an accident or stolen / recovered. It is simply that ALL the parts that make up the vehicle from the tarmac / mud / tyres upto the top of the spotlights were either brand new, or from uprated parts. The original V5 history states that the vehicle was first registered in 1988, but the oldest part of the vehicle that we know about is the 2001 cab and body. Everything including chassis, suspension, engine etc are either brand new or recent. The vehicle was mainly 'built' during 2005 / 6 / 7. Please read on for full spec below.
